2. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before the commencement of any work.
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as stated in the agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Revisions & Approvals

• Projects include a set number of revisions as specified in the project scope.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Final approval is required before files are delivered or websites are launched.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of final approved designs transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless requested otherwise in writing.
• Drafts, concepts, or unused ideas remain the intellectual property of [Your Agency Name].

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear project requirements and timely feedback
• Supply necessary assets (e.g., logos, content, imagery)
• Respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays
• We are not responsible for project delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
• In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.
• We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of final designs complies with applicable laws, regulations, and copyrights.
